I had the pleasure of working with Margo Lawrence as my capacity partner through the Springboard Trust Strategic Leadership for Principals Programme. In this role, Margo worked alongside me to support the development of my strategic leadership and planning skills.   Coming from outside the education sector, Margo brought a fresh and valuable perspective to our work together. She provided insightful critique and constructive support, asking questions that challenged me to extend and refine my thinking.
